No mobile information — including phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data — will be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

- with the business on whose behalf we answered your call or message, so they can serve you; and

Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and operational requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
