Program name

Watchstander (the "Program") — the answering and booking messaging service operated by DezzyTech LLC on behalf of local businesses.

Program description

When you call or text a business that uses Watchstander, or when you book or request service, you may receive text messages from us. These include replies to a call you placed, missed-call follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and related service messages. Business owners who subscribe to Watchstander receive lead-notification texts on their own phone.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the business (for example, the calls you place and appointments you book).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Watchstander does not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
